Configuration work included GL setup with accounting structure, currency, calendar, and ledger configuration, plus full setups for Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, Purchase, and iSupplier modules. The team created concurrent programs, configured flex fields and value sets, and used web ADI for data load and management, while designing custom reports such as Inventory Item Ledger, AR Invoice, Item Consumption Report, and Purchase Order reports.
Operational testing and integration validation focused on Procure to Pay and cross module flows, with flow testing executed across AR, AP, OM, INV, and Purchase to ensure transactional continuity. The delivery followed a staged deployment path with research and development work in a development instance, testing in a test instance, staging deployments, and final production cutover, and included coordination between testing and technical teams to resolve production incidents.
Governance and process artifacts included creation of User Requirement Specifications, Functional Requirement Specifications, and business process flows, plus functional training for P2P end users. Post go live support emphasized service level monitoring and a problem management approach for incident tracking and escalation, and the project delivered ongoing service and support to internal business customers.
