In 2024, Publicare deployed Agentejo Cockpit CMS as the headless content hub for its multilingual B2B2C healthcare e-commerce platform. Publicare uses Agentejo Cockpit CMS as its Content Management platform to support marketing and e-commerce functions serving DE, FR, IT audiences in Switzerland and supporting a platform that processes ~10,000+ orders per month.
The implementation configured Cockpit as a centralized content repository with content modeling, multilingual localization workflows, editorial staging and approval, and API-driven delivery for landing pages and campaign banners. Agentejo Cockpit CMS was used to publish marketing content, create landing pages and manage banner rotations, with category-aligned capabilities for headless content delivery, content versioning and preview for editorial teams.
Integrations were explicitly implemented with Navision ERP and Crossbase PIM to align product data and order-related workflows with published content. The headless Content Management architecture exposed APIs to the storefront and e-commerce layer, enabling synchronized product information from Crossbase PIM and transactional touchpoints anchored to Navision ERP while serving localized content across Swiss regions.
The rollout was executed with Unchained Commerce as the systems integrator and is documented in the vendor and partner case study. Governance focused on editorial ownership, localization process controls and a staged publishing cadence to coordinate marketing, content and commerce teams during the Cockpit CMS adoption.
