Temenos Legacy Temenos T24 Core Banking ERP Services and Operations n/a 2010 2012
In 2010 Queensland Treasury Corporation engaged Temenos T24 as its Core Banking application for Brisbane operations. A lead security consultant was introduced mid project and required to rapidly assess the current state and desired direction, with a primary focus on identity and access control across bank facing and client facing channels. The consultant designed identity and access management solutions for both internal and externally facing systems, addressing authentication, authorization, role based access control, account provisioning, and identity lifecycle management. These designs were configured to align with Temenos T24 operational constructs, establishing consistent entitlement models and audit trails compatible with Core Banking workflows. Identity management integrations were developed with Temenos banking products, Lotus applications, Oracle database servers and custom in house applications, implementing connector based provisioning and directory synchronization patterns to preserve authoritative identity sources and reconcile entitlements. Integration work mapped Temenos user models to enterprise roles and automated provisioning and deprovisioning processes across backend systems. Operational scope encompassed security and IT domains responsible for application access, and governance workstreams were established to define role creation workflows, periodic access certification and separation of duties controls. The effort functioned as a mid project corrective and configuration stream, standardizing identity flows across Temenos T24 and adjacent platforms.
