In 2017, REBEL8 implemented Aptean Apparel ERP Full Circle, a Retail Management application, to consolidate inventory, warehouse and financial workflows into a single source of truth. The company had previously relied on QuickBooks and third party add-ons, which limited visibility into inventory, warehouse operations and financials as the brand scaled into larger retail accounts. The Aptean Apparel ERP Full Circle deployment focused on apparel-specific Retail Management capabilities, including inventory management with UPC generation, automated warehouse operations with barcode scanning workflows, production scheduling and financial modules covering accounts receivable and accounts payable. The implementation configured management dashboards to surface daily inventory positions, sales KPI measurement and accounting snapshots, enabling consistent sales performance tracking and tighter inventory turns. Integrations and operational data exchange were implemented to meet retailer requirements, achieving EDI compliance for order exchange and enabling CSV-based purchase order and barcode data exports for fulfillment. Aptean’s professional services team led the rollout from kickoff to go-live, providing best practice guidance and responsive technical support within 24 hours to stabilize processes and train warehouse and finance personnel. Governance and process changes centralized transaction visibility and accountability across warehouse, finance and sales functions, standardizing PO, UPC and barcode generation workflows. As a result REBEL8 gained real-time visibility into accounting and inventory, improved measurement of sales KPIs, automated warehouse tasks and established the operational controls needed to scale retail relationships.
