In 2004, Reebok implemented SAP Concur Expense as its Expense Management platform, a deployment noted in Concur contract announcements that listed Reebok International Ltd among new and existing customers. The implementation established SAP Concur Expense as the standardized expense reporting application for Reebok's corporate environment.
The deployment focused on core Expense Management capabilities, including electronic receipt capture, itemized expense reporting, multi level approval workflows, automated policy enforcement, and corporate card reconciliation. Configuration work centered on expense categories, policy rule sets, spend classifications, and approval hierarchies aligned to retail finance and travel expense patterns.
Integrations were executed through configurable connectors and file based feeds to surface corporate card transactions and to export approved expense data into financial systems, ensuring expense detail moved into accounts payable workflows. Operational scope encompassed finance, travel operations, and accounts payable teams across Reebok's US corporate sites, centralizing expense records for auditability.
Governance shifted toward centralized policy enforcement and automated routing, with finance maintaining policy governance and accounts payable managing reimbursement processing. SAP Concur Expense provided a single system of record for expense data, standardized audit trails, and consistent approval workflows to support compliance and operational control.

| Dayforce | Legacy | Ceridian Dayforce Leave Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015 Reebok deployed Ceridian Dayforce Leave Management to centralize absence workflows and case handling for its U.S. employee population. Reebok implemented Ceridian Dayforce Leave Management as its Absence and Leave Management solution to manage statutory and voluntary leave programs across stores, corporate offices, and field personnel.
The implementation focused on configuring leave intake and case management, absence tracking, statutory leave rule engines, and return to work coordination. Configuration covered administration of short and long term disability, federal and state protected leave, company leave programs, and workers compensation case handling, with alignment to benefit plan rules for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plan interactions.
Operational integration emphasized HRIS connectivity and vendor liaison workflows, with Reebok performing internal benefits queries and reporting through HRIS and using the Dayforce leave module to coordinate with external carriers and the SPARC corporate office for premium processing and claim reconciliation. Dayforce case ownership and operational execution were assigned to a Sr. Administrator, Benefits & LOA based in Boston who acted as primary liaison with vendors, field HR teams, and the SPARC corporate office.
Governance and process design standardized compliance and documentation workflows, Ceridian Dayforce Leave Management was configured to support compliance with HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, and state disability rules, and to record leave approvals, return to work plans, and workers compensation interactions. The implementation embedded responsibilities for communications, benefits mailbox triage, escalation and exception tracking, and periodic reporting to benefits stakeholders.
The deployment scope covered U.S. employees including store, corporate, and field personnel and integrated leave administration touchpoints into annual enrollment, benefit booklets, and summary plan descriptions. Reebok maintained policy controls and local compliance checks, and required U.S. employees to report COVID-19 vaccination status where applicable, using established leave processes to align with local legal requirements and accommodation workflows.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP Apparel and Footwear (SAP AFS) | Retail Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2001 | 2003 |
In 2001, Reebok implemented SAP Apparel and Footwear (SAP AFS) as a Retail Management application to underpin an Internet-based ASP model that centralized order processing and partner collaboration. The deployment aligned with Reebok’s e-business strategy to integrate the full value chain, reduce manual input, and provide partners with a dealer independent trade platform and host computer access for secure data exchange.
SAP Apparel and Footwear (SAP AFS) was configured to deliver materials management and master data capabilities tailored to complex apparel and footwear SKUs, enabling bulk changes to customers, materials, and sales documentation in one step. The solution supported core Retail Management functions such as inventory and order visibility, centralized product data management, and fulfillment orchestration, and was operated through an e-hub and a Line Order Visibility Application to accompany orders through the creation of value chain.
Operational integration extended across Reebok’s supplier network, including 40 shoe factories in eight countries, 600 clothing manufacturers in 29 countries, 450 raw material suppliers, 27 freight forwarders and 34 customs brokers, with over 5000 orders processed monthly through electronic data exchange. Reebok maintained direct electronic connections with named service partners including Avery Dennison, Mærsk and Fritz, and provided partner access points for ERP integration and secure data interchange as part of the ASP delivery.
Governance and rollout emphasized centralized electronic order processing, supplier connectivity, and adjustments to material requirements planning and fulfillment workflows to support global order visibility. The SAP AFS implementation built on a prior industry collaboration where Reebok, VF Corporation and SAP adapted SAP R/3 into the apparel specific SAP Apparel and Footwear solution, and was operated to enable platform centric Retail Management and partner collaboration.
