Governance focused on centralized HR data ownership, role based access controls, and workflow restructuring to support audit processes such as the NDIS audit management. In 2018 Regis Aged Care deployed Epicor Senior Living as its Healthcare ERP, implementing a centralized application footprint to support more than 45 facilities nationally and approximately 12,000 employees. The deployment positioned Epicor Senior Living to serve both financial management and resident services through an enterprise ERP approach tailored to aged care operational workflows.
Implementation work focused on Epicor Financials and Epicor SLS modules, with functional configuration for finance, resident lifecycle management and occupancy-related processing. Technical and application tasks included environment provisioning for UAT, pre production and production, scheduled upgrades executed under IT change control, and development of ad hoc and scheduled management reporting using SSRS and Crystal reporting.
Integrations were delivered using SSIS based interfaces and included connections to clinical and operational systems named in the environment, specifically AutumnCare clinical management, WSM property management and Chris 21 payroll, along with time and rostering via ARM Time Target. The IT Applications team handled database fixes, monitoring and alerts, source control and performance testing to maintain operational continuity across finance and care operations.
Governance and rollout oversight combined application subject matter expertise with vendor management and business analysis, including weekly vendor meetings, requirements analysis, documentation and end user training. The program included support for go lives and cutovers across sites, close collaboration with finance and reporting analysts for reconciliations, and ongoing functional and technical support to facility users.
