The Bonita Process Mining implementation used standard process mining capabilities, including process discovery, visualization, conformance checking and bottleneck analysis, to map end to end complaint and administrative processes. Bonita Process Mining was configured to consume event log driven process models, surface handoff points and rework loops, and to inform targeted orchestration and automation design for sales and delivery workflows.
Deployment coverage expanded from complaint handling into other administrative processes and a structured overhaul of sales and delivery processes, operating across Rightmove’s customer service, sales and delivery and administrative teams in the United Kingdom. The implementation ingested operational event data to produce process timelines and actionable diagnostic views for process owners and operational leaders.
Governance followed a staged rollout with internal ownership from Rightmove’s systems development organization, and Bonitasoft engaged via a consultative delivery approach. Rightmove explicitly reported improvements in complaint handling and other administrative processes and an overhaul of sales and delivery processes to improve customer service, increase service stickiness and establish deeper partnerships in sales engagements, with Rightmove’s internal sys dev manager Simon Roberts citing Bonitasoft’s flexibility, reactivity and cost effectiveness.
