| SAP | Legacy | SAP ERP ECC 6.0 | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2009 | 2009 |
In 2009, Roquette implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its ERP Financial backbone for corporate finance and accounting. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 deployment established a centralized financial application layer supporting core accounting, general ledger and statutory reporting across the company's finance organization.
The implementation centered on SAP FI and CO capabilities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting and controlling to support month end close and financial consolidation workflows. SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was configured to exchange reporting data with SAP BW and BO for operational reporting and business intelligence. SAP Solution Manager was used for application lifecycle management and operational monitoring.
The technical architecture integrated ERP with SAP SCM, SAP TM and SAP MII to align transactional finance data with supply chain and manufacturing execution contexts, and used SAP PO and Microsoft BizTalk for enterprise application integration and message orchestration. The infrastructure layer ran on virtualized hosts using VMWare and HyperV, with SAN storage on EMC VNX and DMX and IBM Storwize systems, and centralized backups via NetBackup. Authentication and collaboration integration used Microsoft Active Directory, SharePoint, Lync, Exchange and SQL Server as the underlying platform for user and document services.
Operational ownership reflected a technical domain responsible for ERP ECC, BW, BO, SolMan, SCM, TM and MII alongside Microsoft platform services and EAI components, coordinating application support, backups and storage. CRM and MES connectivity was maintained via the CRM Pivotal MES interface and the EAI layer to ensure transactional consistency between production and finance systems. Governance emphasized application lifecycle processes through SAP Solution Manager and consolidated infrastructure management, with support responsibilities covering database, virtualization and storage stacks.

Workday HCM was configured to support multiple functional modules, including HCM, Performance, Recruitment, Talent, Advanced Comp, and Learning. The deployment emphasized central employee records, role based access controls, configured talent and performance workflows, and compensation planning capabilities, and it produced HR People Scorecards and a comprehensive set of HR KPI that are followed internally and shared externally.
Operational ownership for the platform was placed in the RUN organization of Workday for the Group, managed by the Head of HRIS Systems and Data Analytics. Governance centered on platform run governance, reporting and data processes to sustain People Scorecards and KPI distribution, with the implementation impacting HR, talent management, recruitment, compensation and learning operations across the Group.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP Concur Travel | Travel Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 Roquette implemented SAP Concur Travel as its Travel Management solution. The rollout was part of a headquarters-driven set of corporate tool deployments and was executed with regional finance leadership covering Singapore and six Southeast Asia legal entities, aligning the Travel Management implementation with broader finance digitization efforts.
SAP Concur Travel was configured to deliver travel booking orchestration and end to end expense management, including configurable approval workflows, policy controls, per diem and expense reporting, mobile receipt capture and corporate card feed handling. Configuration emphasized standardized workflow routing and regional policy mappings to support multi-entity expense governance across the Asia Pacific footprint.
The deployment was coordinated with regional finance teams and supported by a small on-site team plus offshore outsource service providers, and it operated alongside SAP FEBA bank auto reconciliation processes used in the region. Governance activities included training, role based approval matrices and process simplification led by finance management, which the team cited as enabling timely corporate tool rollout and stabilization of regional finance operations.
