Integrations were executed to operationalize absence data across the HR ecosystem, including inbound employment information feeds from a third-party vendor into Oracle HCM, new hire integration flows with iCIMS introduced during their recruiting transition, and connections to ADP Workforce Now for Field Survey Staff population and management. The absence module operates alongside Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service and Cornerstone OnDemand learning records to maintain consistent workforce status and eligibility data across recruiting, onboarding, and learning systems. Governance and operationalization were managed by RTI’s internal HR applications administration team, leveraging HDL and integration scripts for change control, end user support, and data integrity checks. Process changes implemented in parallel included automated new hire account creation for Field Survey Staff and standardized templates for people and job records to ensure absence rules and entitlements aligned with organizational structures and HR workflows.
