Contract and program-level activities included successfully negotiating a 15 million dollar, 7 year contract with Cerner Corporation, assisting in a phased multiyear implementation plan, keeping the project on budget and on time to date, and organizing a centralized support team to operationalize the Oracle Cerner Millennium Electronic Health Record.
