Aptean Legacy Demand Solutions Supply Chain Planning Supply Chain Management SCM n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Sanofi Mexico deployed Demand Solutions Supply Chain Planning, a Supply Chain Management SaaS application, to establish Integrated Business Planning and S&OP across a 13 country footprint in South and Latin America. The implementation went live in Mexico in 2015, with initial implementation activity underway in Colombia and a Brazil rollout planned for January 2016, reflecting a phased regional rollout trajectory. The deployment centered on Demand Solutions Supply Chain Planning modules for Integrated Business Planning and S&OP, with configuration focused on demand planning, statistical forecasting, consensus planning, and scenario based supply planning capabilities. Standard Supply Chain Management functional workflows were used to enable monthly S&OP cycles, demand and supply reconciliation, and planning horizon orchestration supporting commercial and operations planning processes. Operational scope explicitly covered supply chain and commercial planning functions across 13 South and Latin American markets, with Mexico as the first production site. The program emphasized regional coordination of planning inputs and a single SaaS instance to provide consistent planning logic and shared master data for participating countries. Governance and rollout were organized as a phased regional program, adopting formalized IBP governance and S&OP meeting rhythms to align stakeholders across markets. Rollout sequencing used iterative country implementations, enabling Colombia to enter execution while Brazil was scheduled for rollout in January 2016.
