The delivery is organized in several staged phases and includes automated integration work with SASH Vets industry-specific specialised systems, as described by ArtisGroup, to reduce time-consuming manual tasks. The implementation leverages the Microsoft ecosystem for integration with Office 365 and other Microsoft services, and ArtisGroup is the nominated system integrator responsible for configuration, integration and ongoing support.
Governance and rollout planning were defined with staged deployments and multiple major modifications planned, executed from SASH Vets Sydney, NSW operations, with the project targeted for full implementation and adoption by July 2021.
