The implementation oriented the Real Estate Property Management deployment around consolidated administrative hosting and technical hosting service descriptions, merging these previously distinct service definitions to eliminate handoffs between administrative and technical teams. Configuration work focused on standardizing property administration workflows, tenant service intake and customer service availability, and technical maintenance coordination, while enabling the replication of best customer service practices across the full portfolio.
Operationally the solution used a centralized hosting architecture managed by Realia, with SATO and Realia operating under a jointly agreed management model to control day to day operations. The scope of operations covered SATO’s investment housing portfolio and routed all customer access through extended customer service opening hours and unified property manager accessibility, improving single point of contact handling for tenants.
Contract governance explicitly incorporated nonfunctional objectives into the Real Estate Property Management arrangement, including contractual goals for energy saving and measures to combat the gray economy. The governance model emphasized harmonized operating methods and joint operational controls between SATO’s Investment Housing Unit and Retta, formerly Realia, to sustain standardized processes and service level consistency.
