The deployment included pest management and scouting capabilities for mealybug, mites, mildew, sharpshooter and botrytis, a chemical inventory and PPE register, calibration and equipment maintenance records, and infield mobile accounting for expense and activity capture.
Integrations were implemented to ingest field telemetry and manual entries, specifically linking infield mobile devices with soil moisture probes and weather station feeds to enrich phenology and irrigation decision workflows. The Agriculture ERP centralized compliance and reporting records used to support CCOF, SIP and Global GAP audits, and it structured PCA recommendation capture and county PUR reporting within the same operational dataset.
Operational governance placed the system under viticulture and compliance teams with day to day use by field technicians, including a Viticulture and Technology Technician using AgCode for infield data capture since June 2019. Workflows were standardized for chemical application approvals, calibration schedules and equipment inventory control, aligning field procedures, compliance documentation and mobile accounting into a single Agriculture ERP platform.
