SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was configured for core ERP Financial capabilities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Controlling. The implementation emphasized financial master data consolidation, chart of accounts harmonization, intercompany accounting and standard financial workflows such as procure to pay and order to cash financial postings, as well as period end close orchestration.
The rollout included an explicit integration with ServiceNow ESM as part of KL GBS operational tooling, aligning IT and service management workflows with financial change requests and service tickets. Operational scope extended across finance, supply and customer service functions, with alignment to supply and Industry 4.0 objectives referenced by program leadership.
Governance and change management were organized under a Supply Efficiency Lead based in Petaling Jaya, who led business process, customer service, change management and efficiency improvement teams for 24 countries.
