In 2021, Securitas Security implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as part of an ERP Financial program, migrating from Oracle E-Business Suite. The Oracle Cloud ERP deployment anchored finance and HCM controls while establishing a consolidated security model across multiple cloud instances.
The implementation concentrated on security setup and configuration within multiple Oracle ERP Cloud core HCM applications and on maintaining Oracle configuration changes in respective HCM and Finance areas. Oracle Cloud ERP was configured alongside INFOR application areas, with explicit responsibility to implement security for new application releases and new functionality in both ORACLE and INFOR modules.
Integration architecture and runtime operations included setup, configuration and support for integration tools OAIC and MuleSoft, and support for integration points that feed reports, interfaces and data conversion programs. The program developed integrated test scenarios and test scripts to validate end to end flows across Oracle Cloud ERP, INFOR systems and middleware, and supported configuration and security setup across multiple instances.
Operational governance aligned with Securitas project management methodology, with system design and implementation teams working with Business Analysts, Process Owners and End Users to analyze requirements and drive configuration decisions. The implementation led system testing and issue resolution, ensured post implementation handoff to applications support, and produced system and application documentation to support ongoing process improvement and operational ownership.

In 2017, Securitas Security implemented UKG Workforce Central (ex Kronos Workforce Central) as its Workforce Management platform. The engagement was led by an internal project lead responsible for the design, organization, and implementation of Kronos Workforce Scheduler and Timekeeping application across client sites, within a global security services firm of approximately 121000 employees.
The deployment encompassed Kronos Workforce Scheduler and Timekeeping modules, with explicit configuration work to support schedule creation, time capture, and workforce rostering. The program included rollout of Kronos Mobile Application functionality, and the project lead owned training and education programs for employee use of the mobile client.
Operational coverage included site specific On The Job Training and employee orientation materials tailored for the greater Metro Detroit Area, where scheduling, billing, and invoicing of more than 1200 hours per week were administered. The implementation established a direct liaison workflow between clients and Account Managers to align scheduling operations with client billing and account management processes.
Governance and rollout responsibilities centered on centralized project leadership for configuration, creation of site specific training artifacts, and ongoing user education. The project lead retained accountability for operational handoff to local teams and for maintaining the client communications channel used during scheduling and invoicing activities.
