Operational scope was project-centric, supporting the Shanghai Taihe plant design and construction sequencing decisions, and informing excavation plans and pit construction approaches. Project reporting shows Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis–enabled analysis shortened construction sequencing, saving approximately three months, and reduced pit excavation costs significantly. The narrative emphasizes structural analysis orchestration inside a Building Information Modeling process, tying engineering simulation to construction sequencing and cost outcomes for a China-based infrastructure project.
