SAP SAP ERP ECC 6.0 SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial ERP Financial Management Infosys 2021 2024
In 2021, Siemens Energy migrated SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 HANA as part of its S4E-Unify program. S4E-Unify is framed to harmonize and optimize processes and SAP systems across Siemens Energy, implementing one integrated global SAP S/4 HANA system as a single source of truth to reduce complexity and increase speed and flexibility in operations and customer interactions. The implementation is explicitly positioned in the ERP Financial category and centers on consolidating Finance and related service accounting capabilities within SAP S/4 HANA. Siemens Energy deployed SAP S/4 HANA to establish unified financial master data, standardized accounting and reporting flows, and service finance workflows consistent with enterprise ERP Financial practices. The program leverages RISE with SAP and ongoing SAP consulting engagements, and it includes partnering in SAP product development for S/4HANA Service and Finance to align product roadmaps and feature adoption. Infosys is named as the SI VAR supporting the implementation, working alongside SAP in program delivery. Governance and rollout were executed as a centralized global program, S4E-Unify, with crossfunctional process harmonization, executive reviews and joint progress meetings with SAP leadership to coordinate next steps and maintain a single source of truth across Siemens Energy.

Avature Legacy Avature ATS Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Siemens Energy implemented Avature ATS as its Applicant Tracking System to centralize recruiting for the Gas & Power operating company. The deployment supported both internal and external candidate workflows and was actively used by talent acquisition teams based in Houston, Texas and by participants in regional and global talent acquisition projects. Avature ATS was configured to manage sourcing and pipeline activity, phone and video interviews including live and on-demand screening, candidate evaluation and feedback capture, interview scheduling, and structured offer management including preparation of offer letters and verbal offer extensions. The implementation emphasized talent sourcing via social channels and HR recruiting technologies, and it maintained confidential HR records for compliance and staffing documentation. Operational coverage included collaboration with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, compensation teams and Siemens Shared Services to coordinate internal transfers, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation. The system supported end to end recruiting activities for roles across sales, engineering, operations and service functions, and was used to train and counsel managers and HR partners on consistent recruitment workflows. Governance and process changes centered on standardizing recruitment procedures, enforcing documentation required by law, and embedding Avature ATS into hiring manager engagement practices. Responsibilities included screening, interviewing, feedback documentation, offer negotiation and extension, and providing development feedback to internal candidates, all executed through Avature ATS to ensure procedural alignment and controlled recruitment operations.

Salesforce Legacy Salesforce Field Service (ex ClickSoftware) Field Service Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2010 2010
In 2010, Siemens Energy implemented Salesforce Field Service (ex ClickSoftware) to strengthen its Field Service Management capabilities for technician dispatch, scheduling, and tooling control. The implementation focused on operationalizing field service workflows and supporting application owners responsible for dispatch, tool tracking, and custom reporting across service teams. Work centered on two mission critical applications, ClickSchedule and TCTP Tool Control and Tracking Program, with ClickSchedule configured as the core scheduling and dispatch module within Salesforce Field Service (ex ClickSoftware). Project teams managed upgrade and enhancement efforts in excess of half million dollars, executing customization projects and upgrades through the full SDLC under tight deadlines, while sustaining application owner support and ongoing maintenance. A key integration delivered during the program was ClickSchedule integration with SAP, enabling scheduling data exchange and alignment with enterprise transactional systems. The program also established a group of custom report designers reporting to application owners, who produced operational and management reports to support field operations and tooling governance. Governance and rollout activities included staged rollouts, training sessions, and ongoing support for the TCTP enhancements and ClickSchedule upgrades, with application owners overseeing change control and release coordination. Budgeted enhancement projects and the SDLC-driven approach governed prioritization and ensured continuity of field service operations during upgrades.
