| SRXP | Legacy | SRXP Software | Expense Management | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2011 | 2011 | In 2011, SkyTeam implemented SRXP Software in the Expense Management category to digitize its paper-driven expense reporting process. The deployment targeted the company finance function and frequent traveler populations who previously collected receipts, printed forms, sorted and stapled receipts and physically handed claims to managers. SRXP Software was configured to replace manual receipt handling with digital receipt capture and electronic expense claim workflows, aligning with the finance department objective to digitise administration. Functional capabilities highlighted include mobile or desktop capture of receipts, digital expense claim form generation, and manager approval routing to remove the need to physically transmit paper receipts across sites. The SRXP implementation was positioned alongside the existing AccountView finance application to fill a gap in expense claim digitization, enabling the finance team to consolidate accounting records without changing the core finance software. Operational scope centered on the finance department and employees submitting travel and expense claims across SkyTeam's international activity, eliminating the prior practice of flying receipts around the world. Governance and rollout were driven by the controller Adri de Vreeze, who characterized the program saying SRXP is the last step in digital accounting. The program refocused expense reporting governance from paper-based submission and filing to electronic submission and manager approval workflows, removing manual sorting and physical archiving of receipts. |
