| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Compensation | Compensation Management | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 Sorigue implemented SAP SuccessFactors Compensation as part of a broader SAP SuccessFactors HCM deployment to support Compensation Management across its approximately 4,000 employee workforce in the Barcelona area. The implementation sits within the Construction and Real Estate group context and is explicitly tied to HR business functions for salary planning and pay governance, aligning compensation workflows with the companys services lines such as water networks maintenance, urban maintenance, facilities, waste management, construction, materials and engineering.
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation was deployed alongside core HCM modules, with HR Core, Learning, Selection and Onboarding already in scope and a planned second phase in 2020 to onboard competences, development and succession capabilities. The SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation included configuration of compensation planning workflows, merit and bonus cycle management, eligibility and rules engines, and budget controls, while relying on the shared employee master and organizational data in SAP SuccessFactors HCM for consistent eligibility and approval flows.
The solution architecture leverages the SAP SuccessFactors cloud platform and is integrated into Sorigues broader application landscape. Integrations include feeds to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics ERP for commercial and financial alignment, Power BI for reporting and analytics, Salesforce Field Services for service delivery performance data, asset management systems for operational context, and OutSystems low-code applications for bespoke internal process tools. The program also uses Office 365 for workplace productivity and Azure for flexible cloud infrastructure, with ISO27001 recommendations and RGPD controls applied to platform configurations and data flows.
Governance was organized under HR and centralized IT controls, with staged rollout sequencing initial HCM modules and Compensation Management governance first, followed by planned talent and succession modules in the second phase. The deployment was positioned to help the HR department manage a 4,000 employee population using SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, while providing managers and team leaders with standardized compensation processes and analytical visibility through Power BI integrations.

Sorigue uses DocuSign eSignature to support contract execution, approvals, and customer facing signature workflows, aligning the company, DocuSign eSignature, Digital Signing and core commercial and project delivery business functions.
The implementation focuses on embedded signing workflows and a managed template library within DocuSign eSignature, with standard recipient routing and signer order configuration.
