In 2014, Southern Dunes Golf And... implemented Club Prophet as an all in one Golf Course Management solution at its Orlando facility. The deployment consolidated tee sheet, retail, food and beverage point of sale and loyalty management into a single operational platform. Club Prophet was configured to manage tee time scheduling, pro shop retail transactions, F&B POS operations and loyalty enrollment and tracking, enabling unified customer records across the site. The implementation applied Golf Course Management functional workflows for reservation handling, POS itemization, discount enforcement and member account management. The site later worked with Club Prophet to develop and deploy mobile POS for beverage cart transactions using the CPS Air offering, extending transactional capability into the field. That mobile POS integration linked beverage cart transactions back to centralized customer profiles, improving cross facility customer tracking and record keeping and aligning member discounts with POS rules. Operational coverage included pro shop sales, F&B service, tee sheet operations and membership administration at the Orlando facility, with process changes to enforce discounts at point of sale and to centralize customer records. Reported outcomes included improved operational efficiency and tighter member discount enforcement following the consolidated Club Prophet deployment and the CPS Air mobile POS extension.
