Operational rollout targeted enterprise adoption and governance, with analytics and service transparency built into workflows to surface volume by assignment group, topic, and time to resolution. Phase one was delivered on time and on budget, and stakeholders instituted change management focused on individual experience and new ways of working, distributed ownership of the platform, and a roadmap that includes application portfolio management and service mapping.
