FIS GETPAID operated in conjunction with TRIS, Vantive and Speedpay as part of Sprints payment and service stack, enabling agents to access payment status and account history during support interactions. Operational ownership reflected customer service and collections teams working collaboratively, with team-based problem-solving and escalation patterns used to resolve account issues and assist peers on complex past due cases.
