The implementation supported field staff through mobile communications and centralized claiming across HCP, CHSP and NDIS workflows.
Governance centered on award rule configuration and export workflow controls, with a program line rollout across services. The project was delivered on time and St Carthages reported positive post go live support from Sandwai.
