In 2022 Stamford Health implemented Oracle Cloud HCM as part of a broader adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and HCM. The Oracle Cloud HCM deployment centralized Core HR functions and established a single data model to deliver visibility across the organization.
Oracle Cloud HCM was configured to support core human resources processes including employee records and organizational management, workforce lifecycle and talent administration, and role-based access controls for clinical and administrative HR activities. Configuration emphasized the Core HR data model and common security model to maintain a unified employee master and to orchestrate standard HR workflows for hires, transfers, and terminations.

Governance was organized around the centralized data model and shared controls between HR and finance, enabling standardized workflows and consolidated governance for workforce data.
