Configuration work included setting approval workflow for Time and Labor Payable Time, and configuring Extended Leave and Absence Requests inside Absence Management to enforce approval routing and payable time controls. Governance and process changes introduced role based approval paths, manager approval gates, and audit controls for absence approvals and accrual adjustments, aligning operational workflows with the Absence and Leave Management application. Oracle PeopleSoft Leave Accruals provided the central leave accrual engine to support HR and payroll processes within the Commonwealth of Virginia Absence and Leave Management environment.
