Oracle PeopleSoft Leave Accruals provided the central leave accrual engine to support HR and payroll processes within the Commonwealth of Virginia Absence and Leave Management environment.

Interoperability was implemented for external SIP federation and meeting join scenarios, with end users able to join using Microsoft Lync or Microsoft Skype for Business using the dial string sip:1269854649.tracijdeshazor.my@lync.webex.com, demonstrating federation with external SIP domains. The deployment integrated with enterprise directory and authentication services for user provisioning and single sign on, and it exposed SIP federation endpoints to support third party conferencing providers through standard SIP dial in. Operational governance included centralized policy controls for federation, presence visibility, and user provisioning aligned to state IT operational practices. Rollout and operational ownership focused on unified communications administration, conferencing policy enforcement, and ongoing configuration management of the Microsoft Skype for Business Server environment.
