The two implementations covered operational processes across accounting, finance, and HR, aligning financial planning, budgeting, and treasury activities with HR headcount and compensation workflows. Governance changes centralized financial reporting and budgeting ownership within the accounting function, and transferred HR leadership to a dedicated director following the ADP WorkforceNow rollout in August 2021. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central supported the firm’s core ERP Financial business functions of financial reporting, planning and analysis, budget development, treasury management, and acquisition evaluation.
