SThree in 2023 selected and began deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as its ERP Financial application to replace a legacy finance platform. The Digital Transformation team led a multi-country rollout across the USA, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK, re‑designing the chart of accounts and end‑to‑end accounting processes while configuring the general ledger and asset modules. The program included migration of legal-entity financial data and a controlled parallel run of the new and legacy accounting systems at month‑end and year‑end to validate balances. The team also delivered finance-team training and applied Microsoft Power BI and Power Query skills to support reporting and data preparation during the implementation.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP HCM (HR) | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2012 | 2013 |
In 2012, SThree implemented SAP HCM (HR) as a Core HR deployment on SAP ECC6, establishing a central HR record and personnel administration layer to support workforce processes. The implementation standardized SAP structures across FICO and HCM to provide flexibility for on-going business change and to align financial and HR master data models.
Configuration included SAP HCM (HR) core modules for employee master data and organizational management, combined with Profitability and Cost Management components. Profitability and Cost Management PCM was configured to automatically allocate costs and provide information for more detailed and accurate profitability analysis, and COPA was planned for a later phase to capture more granular segmentation of sales and cost of sales.
Reporting and analytics were implemented using Business Objects v3.8 to deliver Office, Team, Client, and Sub-Territory profitability at a detailed level, with SAP’s recommended FIM Solution managing data flow to and from PCM. The deployment architecture retained ECC6 as the transactional source for HCM and FICO, Business Objects as the reporting layer, PCM for automated allocations, and FIM as the integration orchestration point between modules.
Operational scope covered finance and HR functions, and profitability analysis across offices, teams, clients, and sub-territories, with process re-engineering undertaken to ensure capture of accurate and efficient information. Governance emphasized standardized SAP structures and revised workflows to support ongoing change and to enable subsequent COPA segmentation work.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP BW (Business Warehouse) | Data Warehouse | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2010 | 2010 |
In 2010, SThree implemented SAP BW (Business Warehouse) as a Data Warehouse to centralize SAP application data for enterprise reporting and analytics. SThree SAP BW (Business Warehouse) Data Warehouse was positioned to support finance, commercial and resourcing business functions with consolidated reporting and structured analytical queries.
The implementation focused on canonical data modeling and multidimensional InfoProvider configurations, with extract, transform and load orchestration to populate a query layer for business intelligence. SAP BW (Business Warehouse) was configured with standard data staging and delta load routines, dimensional modeling for headcount and revenue measures, and a query/reporting tier to serve scheduled and ad hoc reporting needs.
Integrations aggregated SAP transactional and operational application data along with external feeds through ETL processes into SAP BW, enabling a single analytic repository for staffing and commercial analytics. Operational coverage targeted corporate finance, commercial reporting and talent resourcing workflows, aligning data feeds to those functional domains and providing a consistent data schema for cross-functional consumption.
Data governance was implemented around a centralized data model, master data stewardship, role based access controls and scheduled load windows to enforce data quality and refresh cadence. Change control for BW objects and a controlled rollout of new InfoProviders and queries governed ongoing enhancements and supported steady-state analytics operations.
