The custom workflow included business rule-driven routing and multi-stage approvals, an open request reminder protocol, and dashboards to provide users with real-time status and visibility into case progress. Operational scope covered the legal department including attorneys, paralegals, and support staff, centralizing intake and case triage to reduce manual distribution and missed requests. An end-to-end process assessment informed workflow logic, routing rules, and the design of service level agreement definitions with business partners. As implemented OnitX Workflow Engine increased visibility into request volumes, request types, and cycle times, and created additional capacity for legal staff to focus on higher-value work. Governance changes formalized routing rules, reminder protocols, and dashboard-driven monitoring to enforce timeliness and case ownership.
