Operationally the implementation centralized treasury and corporate finance processes, integrating Kyriba Treasury with Sungrow internal finance systems and the companys bank network to enable cross border cash visibility and orchestration of treasury workflows. The scope targeted treasury, corporate finance and treasury risk teams across Sungrows international operations, aligning cash management and payment controls across jurisdictions.
Governance and process changes included standardizing treasury policy, centralizing payment approval workflows and instituting treasury controls and oversight mechanisms to support the new platform. Kyriba publicly reported Sungrow as part of a cohort of major domestic corporations and banks going live with Kyriba Treasury to expand international footprint and mitigate internationalization risk.
