| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle NetSuite ERP | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2017 | 2018 |
In 2017 Supplyframe implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to support ERP Financial accounting functions within its finance organization. The rollout concentrated on the accounting department and on establishing a single system to organize and maintain invoices, insertion orders, purchase orders, daily transaction documents and other accounting related documents.
Configuration work centered on core financial modules typical to ERP Financial deployments, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments processing and document management. Functional responsibilities captured in the system included preparing daily transaction records and accounting entries to registers, journals and logs, implementing accounting procedures through analysis of existing practices, and developing spreadsheet-based reports for transaction verification and analysis.
Operational tasks executed in Oracle NetSuite ERP included support for accounts payable activities, invoice creation and entry to preserve accuracy and timeliness, and compilation of invoices to maintain the accounts receivable aging report. Payments were prepared and submitted through Oracle NetSuite ERP as ACH, wire, and check transactions, and staff used the system to correspond with internal and external parties to resolve payment discrepancies.
Governance and workflow changes emphasized documented accounting procedures, routine reconciliation and log maintenance to sustain day to day transaction processing. The implementation positioned Supplyframe to use Oracle NetSuite ERP as the primary ERP Financial system for accounting operations and financial transaction lifecycle management.

In 2020, Supplyframe deployed Zoom for Audio Video and Web Conferencing on its public website. The implementation supports the Professional Services firm of roughly 350 employees in the United States by delivering a web-accessible conferencing layer for both customer-facing interactions and internal collaboration.
Zoom is configured to deliver standard Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities, including browser-based joining, multi-party video meetings, audio bridging, screen sharing, session recording, and webinar-style sessions consistent with the category. Configuration work emphasizes web-embedded meeting flows and session lifecycle controls such as scheduling, participant access management, and recording retention within the Zoom environment.
Operational coverage focuses on the company website as the entry point for external participants while also supporting sales, support, and product team collaboration internally. The architecture positions Zoom as a front-end conferencing service embedded in web pages, exposing meeting entry points to external users while centralized administration and user provisioning remain managed inside the Zoom application. Governance centers on application-level access controls and session management policies applied to website-initiated meetings.
