Integration work explicitly connected SAP SuccessFactors Learning to SAP ERP HCM for user provisioning, organizational data and learning assignment synchronization, and interfaced with e-recruiting SAP LSO components, scanning and e-dossier processes and authorization mechanisms to maintain HR data consistency. Learning content and e-learning modules developed with authoring tools such as TT KnowledgeForce, Dynamic PowerTrainer, EasyProf, HotPotatos, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Presenter and Cybertest were incorporated into the LMS catalog and reporting pipelines.
Operational governance relied on in-house SAP SuccessFactors expertise and existing SAP HCM support teams to run ongoing LMS support, authorizations and course lifecycle management. Project activity included supervising e-learning projects, integrating authoring tool output into the learning management system, and establishing operational processes for LMS support and reporting.
