Sansa Solutions provided a clear project roadmap, ongoing training, system enhancements and ad hoc support under a defined project governance model established during the tender and implementation phases. The deployment standardized core back office finance workflows on Oracle NetSuite ERP within the ERP Financial category, delivered streamlined invoice processing and improved visibility of consolidated financials, and embedded reporting capabilities for commercial decision making across the group.
