In 2024, SystemsAccountants implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP after a full tender that prioritized group consolidations, foreign currency handling, enhanced reporting, and overall process improvements within their ERP Financial environment. NetSuite was selected for superior reporting, system agnostic integration capability, and intuitive demonstrations that aligned with the company requirement set.
Sansa Solutions was engaged as the implementation partner and delivered one global instance of Oracle NetSuite ERP, bringing five business units onto the platform in an 18 week deployment. Configuration work focused on consolidated financials, transaction level foreign currency translation, purpose built reporting, custom employee fields to enable headcount based profitability and budgeting analysis, and embedded time sheeting to enforce timesheet cut offs and payment control.
Integrations include NetSuite connected to a third party invoice processing system to enable hyper automation of end to end invoice processing for over 200 invoices, cutting manual processing for the finance team by two days per month as reported. The implementation eliminated prior manual Excel based consolidations by moving to real time consolidated reporting and operational reporting that senior leadership can use for performance, reward and recognition analysis.
Operational coverage centered on the finance function and senior leadership across SystemsAccountants global footprint, with NetSuite used for invoicing, timesheets, consolidated reporting, foreign currency translations, budgeting and profitability analysis. Sansa Solutions provided a clear project roadmap, ongoing training, system enhancements and ad hoc support under a defined project governance model established during the tender and implementation phases.
The deployment standardized core back office finance workflows on Oracle NetSuite ERP within the ERP Financial category, delivered streamlined invoice processing and improved visibility of consolidated financials, and embedded reporting capabilities for commercial decision making across the group.
