In 2024, Tata Motors implemented TurboHire Recruiting. The deployment was HR focused in India and was implemented on top of Tata Motors’ existing RPO to augment sourcing and screening capabilities.
TurboHire Recruiting, an Applicant Tracking System, was configured to add AI-powered sourcing, LinkedIn matching and generative AI job description support. Implemented functional capabilities included candidate sourcing and matching, automated job description generation, screening workflows and candidate communication orchestration, aligned with typical applicant tracking process flows. The implementation emphasized AI-assisted shortlisting to increase screening precision within the recruiting lifecycle.
Integration work augmented Tata Motors’ RPO and the existing PeopleStrong integration to enable accelerated candidate handoffs and communications between the RPO team and internal talent acquisition stakeholders. Governance and operational alignment were managed through RPO operations and talent acquisition leadership to embed the new AI capabilities into established recruitment workflows. The deployment explicitly improved screening precision and recruitment workflow efficiency as part of the HR recruiting program.

Standard Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) workflows were extended to include automated fault triage, alert escalation, and maintenance task creation, and the implementation emphasized model tuning for manufacturing asset classes.
Technical integration was scoped to ingest sensor telemetry and shop floor monitoring feeds and to export alerts into maintenance planning and scheduling processes. The deployment used cloud-hosted analytics to centralize condition monitoring while preserving local operational control for maintenance teams, and functional coverage included maintenance and operations teams responsible for production equipment health.
Governance established ownership for predictive alerts within maintenance operations and introduced procedures for alert validation, maintenance planning, and continuous model reassessment.
