In 2018, TecProtec implemented Agiliux Insurance CRM, deploying the CRM to support policy administration and claims management for its insurance business. The deployment established Agiliux Insurance CRM as the core customer and policy data platform for insurer-facing workflows.
The implementation encompassed core insurer CRM modules including policy management, claims automation, partner portals and mobile app components, and centralized policy data management. This module set is consistent with Soft Solvers Solutions' documented Second CRM multi-country deployment for AmTrust Mobile Solutions, and the association with Agiliux Insurance CRM is an informed inference based on the vendor product lineage.
Architecturally the Agiliux Insurance CRM was configured as a centralized CRM platform to unify front-office sales, distribution partners and claims intake workflows within TecProtec's operations.
