The architecture emphasized cloud native EPM modules interacting with the Fusion general ledger and subledgers to enable a single source of truth for planning, consolidation and reconciled financials.
Governance and process workstreams centered on master data management, finance close orchestration and consolidation controls, with systems analyst resources in McLean, VA driving configuration and ongoing EPM administration. The program required mapping of GL structures to planning and consolidation dimensions, standardized close and reconciliation procedures, and role based access to Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM artifacts to support ongoing financial planning and reporting.
