Governance and process controls were established with a designated leave management point of contact responsible for employee and manager communications, and collaboration with HR Business Partners, Workers Compensation Partners, and a labor attorney to ensure legal compliance of leave documentation and procedures. The team maintained integrated absence and time records across LeavePro, Workday and Kronos, and supported audit, reporting, and training activities for sustained operational compliance.
