Implementation work included month end GL processing, AP invoice automation, automated file processing to load source files into the PeopleSoft ledger, quarterly audit report generation, and disaster recovery planning. The team performed customizations, production support, and ongoing configuration of the Oracle PeopleSoft Payables application to stabilize FSCM 9.1 operations. Integrations centered on ingesting and transforming files from mainframe sources, using Mainframe JCL and FTP to move files to UNIX, UNIX scripts and Autosys scheduler for job orchestration, and Informatica workflows to format and load data into PeopleSoft and run AE batch jobs. The program also included ARIBA file transfer processes, NAS Q Tree upgrade activities, and a SC data center upgrade touching Schlage and vendorbuilt applications, linking the AP Automation layer to external procurement and hosting components. Operational governance followed a technical lead model, with a PeopleSoft technical lead managing a 15 person team in an offshore and onsite delivery model, coordinating vendor resource sourcing and mentoring. Governance and delivery cycles incorporated requirement gathering, fit gap analysis, technical review for STAT tickets, production support with root cause analysis, quarterly audit runs, and execution of DR plans to maintain the AP Automation footprint.

The implementation reduced parallel portal complexity and centralized absence policy governance while embedding approval controls and user experience improvements into absence and leave processes.
