Infrastructure and operational scope included direction of server, phone, and computer equipment relocation to the current South Bend, IN site, ensuring the ERP Financial platform and integrations had an operational hosting and networking foundation. Governance was established through executive oversight, the implementation lead reported to the COO and served on the executive team from 2008 until 2016, directing rollout priorities and ongoing change control for the ERP and connected systems. The program delivered a consolidated Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment with numerous enhancements and successful integrations, including CRM and document management, and it included the orchestration of automated dosing equipment into ERP workflows. These initiatives were reported to have helped make the business more efficient and profitable, reflecting both systems consolidation and process automation outcomes explicitly cited by company leadership.
