Integrations were structured around the existing application and data landscape documented in project artifacts, with explicit connections to Windows IIS hosted web APIs, Azure App Service and Azure SQL for cloud hosting, Azure Service Bus and Azure Active Directory for messaging and authentication, and AWS EC2 for select deployment instances. Data and ETL integrations leveraged DB2 for iSeries management with Aqua Data Studio, SQL Server and Oracle via SSIS, and CI CD pipelines through Team Foundation Server; container orchestration and infrastructure automation were coordinated with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.
Operational governance centered on staffed L2 support with documented runbooks and escalation to L3 sources, combined with scheduled job monitoring and error handling procedures embedded in AppWorx Workload Automation.
