Operational integration centered on a direct connection between Tipalti Invoice Management and Bill Processing System and NetSuite, enabling streamlined posting of payable transactions and reconciliation of supplier invoices to ERP records. The scope of use was the finance and accounts payable functions across Therabody, with controls and workflows designed to handle increasing international vendor payment complexity while maintaining centralized visibility. Governance changes included the formalization of financial policies and procedures to support automated invoice routing, approval limits, and audit retention tied to Tipalti workflows, reinforcing process discipline across accounting teams. Accounts Payable is no longer a burden with Tipalti, said Kevin Crowley, VP of Accounting & Finance at Therabody, reflecting the practical outcomes of reduced manual effort, improved fraud controls, and clearer spend visibility achieved through this AP Automation deployment.
