The implementation installed the core Evolution financial package alongside manufacturing, bill of materials, cash manager, and business intelligence centre modules to centralize accounting, production costing, inventory structure, cash flow control, and reporting. Configuration focused on company-specific bill of materials and production workflows to support salmon and trout processing, and the business intelligence centre was configured to provide current and historical financial reporting. This combination of Sage Pastel Accounting and Sage Pastel Evolution modules maps directly to ERP Financial functional capabilities including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, costing, and operational analytics.
Operational coverage included finance, production and inventory management within Three Streams Smokehouse and contributed information flows across the Three Streams Group in South Africa. Integrations emphasized internal transactional handoffs between manufacturing and the financial ledger, with the project scope focused on internal ERP Financial consolidation rather than named external third party systems. The solution provided a unified transactional and reporting backbone for day to day accounting and production control.
