In 2015, TinderBox implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to consolidate core finance operations. The deployment targeted ERP Financial functions to centralize accounting, billing and financial reporting across its United States operations and to establish a single source of truth for finance and accounting workflows.
The implementation configured Oracle NetSuite ERP modules aligned to ERP Financial needs, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and financial reporting. The architecture used NetSuite as a cloud hosted, multi tenant SaaS application, with configuration focused on a standardized chart of accounts, period close sequencing, role based access controls and automated approval workflows consistent with mid market finance operations.
Governance changes emphasized centralized financial controls and process orchestration, with phased rollout through finance and accounting teams and documented approval routing for payables and billing. Ongoing operational ownership was structured within finance to maintain master data, manage period close cadence and administer user roles in Oracle NetSuite ERP.
