| Workday | Legacy | Workday Absence Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Toll Group implemented Workday Absence Management within its Absence and Leave Management portfolio. The deployment was aligned with an HR restructure to centralize Global People Services, and Workday Absence Management was positioned to standardize absence configuration, employee life cycle event handling, and manager self service workflows across the organization.
The implementation included configuration and cleanup of absence options for Australia, rule based absence entitlements, and data load processes using Workday EIB uploads for mass changes. User Acceptance Testing was scripted and executed for monthly, bi yearly, and ad hoc releases, and the configuration work covered role based security and supervisory organisation changes to ensure correct permission access for absence administration.
Operational integrations and support flows were explicit, ServiceNow was used to record, track, and manage Workday incidents and requests, and the Global People Services team provided Tier 1 and Tier 2 Workday support. The HRIS team also assisted adjacent Workday modules such as the recruitment module, and routinely performed EIB uploads, data corrections, and global reporting requests to maintain absence data integrity.
Governance activities included creation of standard operating procedures, UAT scripts, and process documentation to support rollout and ongoing operations, along with role based process ownership for supervisory organisation and security changes. Ongoing support processes covered ticket triage, vendor or IT escalations when required, and end user guidance for managers and HR to execute absence related business processes in Workday Absence Management.

| Epicor | Legacy | Epicor Prophet 21 | Distribution ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Toll Group implemented Epicor Prophet 21 as its Distribution ERP to support distribution and logistics operations within its Toll Priority business. Epicor Prophet 21 was positioned to provide a consolidated transactional backbone for order processing and warehouse execution across customer service, packing, delivery operations, and planning functions.
Configuration and functional coverage emphasized Distribution ERP capabilities, including inventory management, sales order entry, warehouse management and pick/pack workflows, purchasing and supplier management, pricing and customer account control. The implementation supported day-to-day operational tasks referenced by Toll Priority staff, such as high-volume pick rates, packing, and planner activities, aligning system configuration with operational workflows used by customer service, leading hands, and drivers.
Users accessed Epicor Prophet 21 through the organization environment that included Citrix Receiver and standard office tools, with interaction points tied to peripherals in warehouse operations such as barcode scanners and printers. The system was used operationally to record and coordinate dangerous goods handling, weight distribution planning for air loads, and task coordination between planners and on-the-ground fulfillment teams.
Operational governance centered on structured order-to-fulfillment workflows, warehouse tasking for pick and pack, and role-based access for customer service, planners, and supervisory staff. System usage reflected practical process controls for hazardous materials handling and load weight coordination, with Epicor Prophet 21 serving as the Distribution ERP platform supporting Toll Priority operational processes.
