Process changes included workforce file reconciliation to ensure accurate forecasting inputs, creation of coding templates for invoice processing, and SOX-aligned month-end procedures to tighten controls and auditability. Explicit outcomes recorded during and after the implementation included a reduction in operational reporting runtime from 4 hours to 1.5 hours during TM1 preparation, consolidation of reporting which shortened month-end analysis by one business day, and an overall improvement in month-end efficiency from 7.5 business days to 5 business days through template standardization and system-derived transaction reporting.
