Kofax MarkView document imaging and Kofax Markview SignDoc were configured for invoice capture and document signature use cases, and Kofax Analytics for Capture was used to support extraction and validation as part of Kofax AP Agility driven AP processing.
Integrations were implemented to exchange procurement and logistics documents, including inbound purchase order formats POI 850, purchase order change POCI 860, inbound invoice INI 810, advanced ship notice ASNI 856, and shipping and billing notice SBNI 857. A Trading Partner Link to an e-Commerce Gateway was set up for partner connectivity, and functional design of conversion and integration programs was completed to map inbound feeds into Oracle transaction structures.
Governance and rollout activities followed a structured SDLC, with Joint Application Design sessions, Conference Room Pilots, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing used to validate procure to pay scenarios. Deliverables produced included Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specification Documents, Data Mapping Documents, and Functional Testing Documents, and the team executed data mapping and conversions for items, purchase orders, on-hand quantities, costs, and categories.
The Procure to Pay Functional Lead based in Cary, North Carolina managed end user training, on the job enablement, and resolution of CRP, SIT, and UAT issues across distribution and manufacturing tracks. The engagement included AS-IS business process analysis, TO-BE process design using standard Oracle functionality, and the design of a customer return process integrated into inventory and shipping workflows.

Configuration work centered on Oracle Territory Manager, Oracle Advanced Scheduler and Oracle Field Service Dispatch Center, with Oracle Mobile Field Service App process flows built for multi platform access. The deployment included scheduling and dispatch automation, territory assignment logic, field service task orchestration and depot repair workflows to coordinate onsite service and back office repair operations.
Integrations included Trimble GPS for location telemetry and Google Maps V3 for mapping and routing, and the Oracle Mobile Field Service Multi-platform App provided Android, Apple and other wireless tablet device access for technicians. The program processed and mapped complex legacy business process flows to capture requirements from several legacy systems, and implemented heavy Field Service Task integration to synchronize mobile and dispatch systems.
Governance and rollout used the AIM Business Flow methodology to document and prioritize configuration, development, process flow, change, reporting and integration design requirements. Project teams maintained frequent communications with Oracle Field Service and Oracle Depot Repair development to address product enhancements and to escalate and resolve Severity 1 service request issues.
