The administrator role included crafting the application-side documentation and workflows to support APQP and PPAP processes and to associate NCR investigations with cost entries in Sage 200, making the ERP Financial instance a transactional source for cross-functional governance.
Governance and process change accompanied the rollout, driven by the Quality & Project Manager through management review meetings, audit scheduling and execution across sites, and updates to quality management documentation.
