Operational governance centered on recruiter and hiring manager triggers, with the HR Coordinator managing candidate pipelines, conducting reference checks and initiating Sterling Background Check screenings after hiring manager selection. The rollout covered multi site operations in Texas where HR staff supported benefit enrollment and onboarding activities, and procedural controls established that offer issuance and start date scheduling were contingent on final screening outcomes.
