| LiveHire | PageUp ATS | LiveHire ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021 True Alliance implemented LiveHire ATS, replacing PageUp ATS as its primary Applicant Tracking System for recruiting activities across its Australian retail operations. The deployment positioned LiveHire Recruiting as the public careers site engine and internal hiring hub, aligning the application name LiveHire ATS with company recruitment workflows and candidate-facing job pages on the True Alliance website.
Implementation centered on standard Applicant Tracking System capabilities, configured to support job posting, application intake, candidate workflow orchestration, and talent pooling for in-house recruiters and hiring managers. LiveHire ATS was provisioned to handle requisition creation, candidate profile capture from the careers site, and structured review stages, reflecting typical recruiting modules used by mid-market retail employers of roughly 500 employees.
The solution was embedded into True Alliance’s public careers pages to enable direct application flows and to centralize candidate records within LiveHire ATS. Operational coverage included talent acquisition and HR teams who manage sourcing and screening, with the platform serving as the single system of record for active job postings and candidate pipelines.
Governance workstreams addressed hiring approvals and recruiter workflows during the cutover from PageUp ATS, including migration of active requisitions and candidate records into LiveHire ATS and configuration of recruiter access controls and approval routing. Rollout focused on aligning hiring processes, recruiter training, and careers site integration to operationalize LiveHire Recruiting as the company’s Applicant Tracking System.

In 2016, True Alliance deployed eftPOS from Australian Payments Plus to support Point Of Sale operations across its Australian online clothing brands, focusing on online sales administration and payment capture. The eftPOS implementation was positioned within a multi-system retail stack that included SAP, NOP, Cybersource, JIRA, and Salesforce, and it routined payment flow alongside PayPal and AfterPay for financial bookkeeping across brands.
The implementation centered on transaction processing and reconciliation capabilities in the eftPOS environment, configured to capture card-present and card-not-present settlements, and to feed payment and settlement records into downstream financial systems such as SAP and NOP. eftPOS was used as the primary Point Of Sale payment capture layer while Cybersource and PayPal handled complementary payment processing and alternative payment rails, aligning cashiering and online order workflows with enterprise reporting modules.
Operational governance for the rollout emphasized cross-brand controls and SOP driven training, documented in the Online Sales Administration Handbook to onboard current and future team members. Day to day operations integrated eftPOS transaction handling with customer service workflows, high volume phone and email management, and first contact customer dispute resolution, with staff reporting to multiple brand managers to preserve brand ethos and ensure consistent post sale processes.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP BW (Business Warehouse) | Data Warehouse | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012 True Alliance implemented SAP BW (Business Warehouse) as its centralized Data Warehouse, initiating a program to develop reporting across departments in collaboration with SAP consultants. The deployment established SAP BW (Business Warehouse) as the primary repository for consolidated reporting and analytics across the retail organization.
The technical implementation emphasized core SAP BW capabilities including data modeling, extract transform and load orchestration, and an analytical query layer for cross-functional reporting. Configuration work addressed InfoProviders and data flows that support department-level reporting needs, with design aligned to standard Data Warehouse functional workflows for staging, consolidation and reporting.
Integrations were implemented with SAP R3 and SAP BPC as explicit data sources, alongside feeds from the companys ERP systems, enabling transactional and planning data to be aggregated into the SAP BW environment. These integrations supported reporting and consolidation processes across finance and operational teams, with SAP consultants engaged to map source schemas and transform ERP data into BW InfoObjects.
Governance and rollout emphasized cross-department collaboration, change control for ETL and report development, and role based access to BI outputs. The program coordinated development with SAP consultants and internal stakeholders to establish reporting ownership, scheduled load processes and iterative delivery of departmental reports.
