| Martello Technologies | Legacy | Martello Elfiq SD-WAN | SD-WAN | IaaS | n/a | 2017 | 2018 | In 2017, TrueGEN deployed Martello Elfiq SD-WAN as its SD-WAN solution from Martello Technologies. TrueGEN is a Belgium based networking and security company that, as a Martello Elite Partner, positioned Martello Elfiq SD-WAN to support customer multi site deployments facing security and performance constraints with MPLS. The implementation centered on core SD-WAN capabilities including centralized orchestration and overlay VPN management, application aware path selection and policy driven routing to prioritize real time traffic, and an added layer of encryption delivered by Martello Elfiq SD-WAN. Configuration work focused on WAN edge appliance placement at branch sites, VPN tunneling, and centralized policy templates to standardize connectivity and uptime requirements across customer sites. Operational scope targeted TrueGEN’s customer base with multi site network deployments, with network operations and security teams responsible for ongoing configuration, monitoring, and support. The deployment emphasized VPN performance and uptime, and provided customers with an extra layer of encryption to mitigate the security and performance limitations of MPLS. Governance and rollout used the channel partnership model with Martello Technologies, while TrueGEN led deployment and customer integration as the implementing partner, aligning policy templates and service level expectations for multi site orchestration. The engagement explicitly addressed connectivity, uptime, and VPN performance requirements by applying Martello Elfiq SD-WAN capabilities and additional encryption for customer networks. |
